Quick and easy check in process. Seen very quickly after completing paperwork. PA conducted initial interview to collect facts and asked to run some test to confirm his thoughts. Nurse collected samples and 30min later PA gave me diagnosis and discussed medications with me. Overall a good experience that was quick and easy compared to going to ER where the usual wait time before seeing anyone can be an hour.

I have just been cared for here. The nurse and doctor were very good listeners and understood my problem and helped wonderfully. I did not have to wait to be seen. They helped immediately. This is a great Urgent Care facility, I recommend it completely!

Yesterday I made an appointment with Baptist urgent care in Palmetto Bay. Normally, the attention there is satisfactory. Although there were only five other patients in the waiting room I had to wait an additional 50 minutes beyond my appointment time. Then placed in the small room to wait. After sometime, a nurse came in, not personable, not sympathetic or engaged with me or my complaint. After I stayed my symptoms , she performed a strep and Covid test at my request. She then said the doctor will be right in. Nearly an hour later I finally emerged from the room and asked if I had been forgotten. The same nurse looked very surprised and said oh hasn’t the doctor been into see you yet. I said no, she said well all your results are negative, I’ll go find out why the doctor hasn’t seen you. 10 minutes later some sort of medical professional walked in looked at my throat and just told me to take ibuprofen and sent me on my way. I felt very dissatisfied with the service. This is not the usual for this location.

Fantastic experience. Very friendly staff from the moment I walked in. Was seen almost immediately. No wait time. All of my concerns were addressed, very thorough evaluation and diagnosis. Best urgent care visit ever. Doctor and nurses were amazing.
