Great experience despite my own health circumstances. Front office staff was so helpful. Kelly, the RN helping me throughout was an amazing healthcare hero; very compassionate, understanding, and skilled. Blood draw was the smoothest I’ve ever had. Dr. Álvarez heard me out and provided knowledgeable and effective care. Thank you so much.

My experience on Friday, June 17th was wonderful. I was assisted by 8 individuals who were courteous and professional: Male Receptionist - helpful, Female Walk-in Assistant - very pleasant, Tara - Amazing & loving, Samantha - professional & great, Bernice - wonderful & Doctor-like applying bandages & Tetanus Vaccine, X-Ray Technician - courteous & efficient, Danae - very sweet and Digital Rep - very nice. Medication was ordered and my condition and risks was explained by the nurses. Wonderful staff!!

This was maybe the best medical visit I’ve ever had. I avoid doctors at all costs but was forced to go in and have something looked at and I’m so glad I chose this clinic. Stephanie in particular was AMAZING, and the Doc who saw me was professional and courteous. Once I got back to my room I was out of there within 45 minutes too. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic!

The personal working there is excellent, from the moment you come in and get registered all the way when you are discharged. Nurse Tara was excellent, knowledgeable and with superb bedside manners. On the down side, once inside, I waited one hour to be seen, this is close to Emergency Department times when taking about urgent care/fast track times.

No appointments at the urgent care. They are not a testing site. You will need a medical evaluation in order to get tested. Easier to go to a Miami Dade free testing site.
