The staff was friendly and courteous at the front desk. Wait time was very minimal. Once called in, the nurses were so amazing, compassionate and caring. The Dr. was friendly, pleasant, very professional and understanding. He answered my questions and concerns and took the time to dialogue with me. My discharge nurse made my day for her extra caring advice and consoled me when I started to cry.

This facility is excellent. From the moment you walk in you're greeted with great customer service, knowledgeable staff, short wait times and the ability to walk out with your medications. The cleanliness of the facility was impeccable. It had state of the art imaging capabilities. I was very impressed and would recommend to other family and friends.

They were nice!! I guess the staff did what they could within their limitations. Their multi-angle x rays didn’t reveal any damage or anything unusual on my right knee and they sent me on my way with prescriptions for 500 mg Tylenol, Naproxen, and compression bandages. I’m still experiencing a great amount of pain. I have no idea what this could be! I’ll be contacting my primary care physician, who also specializes in sports medicine, for an appointment. The only problem is that since he’s a really good doctor the appointments can take several weeks sometimes…. Should my next visit be to the emergency room?

Had difficulties with administration or secretary when arrived at Baptist urgent care diagnostic center. 1. Was the whole plaza was without power! Hmm. Administration wanted to reschedule appointment, hmm! Said diagnostic center was going to be open until 1 p.m.. I said I will not leave or reschedule until after 1 p.m. who thinks after I gave my mother's appointment information, name and personal information then around close to 1 p.m. the power returned and we were able to call Baptist of kendall and put on speaker to verify my mother's appointment for CT scan. And she was attended, if we would've gave in they would've rescheduled her for more then a week or more extra. Becareful with your personal information and medicare and medicaid funds always.
