I rarely leave bad reviews, but I felt this to be necessary because this isn’t the first time I’ve had a not very pleasant experience with this same employee. Beverly in Customer Experience does not under stand what ‘Customer Experience’ is actually about. She’s been rude on more than one occasion, not just to myself, but to others I’ve seen her interact with as well. I was sent to CS because I was told I would need a Managers assistance with my question/purchase. When I requested the Manager, and explained why I was requesting them, she immediately said they couldn’t do it(discount a damaged product). I the past I have had nearly the same product discounted before, due to damaged product/box, however she made the executive decision herself to not allow the discount. She then proceeded to move forward with the transaction, without a managers input/assistance, charging me full price. As I proceeded to pay for the item anyway, a manager walked up and she rudely explained to the manager that they do not discount these items at all, and that the inside wasn’t damaged(which nobody could know), and was asking/suggesting that ‘we don’t discount this right?’ That interaction continued to progress negatively, and my family had walked up after they finished their transaction, so I decided to complete the payment and leave it at that! She yelled as I walking away that she had ‘been their longer than he has!’ (The Manager) suggesting she knew more than he did. Terrible example of CS(Customer Service) especially from an employee who is running the that particular section!

I shop for groceries at this location and use the curb side pick up. The delivery team members are friendly and engaging. And do a great job landing your items carefully. Shop here weekly for prices, selection and customer service.

Came in today for a bicycle tube for my son. Easily located the isle and location and to my surprise they actually had them in stock. This is where the Walmart goes wrong. They lock up everything on the bike isle. Wouldn’t be bad if you could find someone that was willing to help. I pressed both assistant buttons on the isle, non of them worked. So I find someone and ask for assistance. They walk away mumbling something that sounded like I will get help. I then wait for about 15 minutes with no help. I can’t find anyone in the immediate area to ask for help again so I go into the back area where I find a few people standing around. I ask them for help getting the door unlocked so I can purchase the item and leave. Their response was “press the button and someone will come help you” to which I respond the button isn’t working. I then wait for another few minutes until I see another worker. I ask them for assistance. Low and behold she has a set of key with her that unlocks the precious inner tube door. Needles to say this Walmart sucks at customer service. If I hadn’t already been there 30 minutes to purchase the item I found in under 5, I would have spoken to the manager. In all honesty, I don’t think they would have cared much. If they did they could get their workers to actually do the job they were hired to do instead of hide in the back store room and talk to their coworkers about non work related items.

Black folks beware! Great car service department change, tires, and friendly staff. However the rest of the store needs to undergo unconscious bias, diversity, equity, and inclusion trainings. They DO NOT know how to treat Black patrons and can't even hide their ignorance! You can also tell the level of stereotypical thought by who's working in the store. Shout out to the 1 Black man in entertainmen/electronics and the maybe 2 in automotive. It must be hard on y'all ✌🏾

I can’t believe after numerous attempts to return a pair of pajama bottoms for an exchange of another pair that aren’t ripped at the seam that I was told by Assistant Manager Tim to call the manufacturer. Seriously 😳 this is how you treat your loyal customers. 6 weeks after trying to just do an exchange for $9.97 pair of bottoms this is his answer! I will not be shopping at this Location in the future I will drive further if I ever shop at Walmart again. Calling Home Office did not help because they said it depends on each store individually up to the Store Manager who I never spoke to. I don’t appreciate an assistant manager making assumptions on what happen the day my husband & I tried to return the pajama bottoms, he wasn’t there and had no idea what the conversation was but he tried to tell me what was said to us! Your in the wrong profession if you can’t give honest customer service to your loyal customers!
Indeed they do they have them in $10 or more if you can't find them in stores you can always check online at there website to order one
Call the store or go on the web.
Customer Service during open hours. Without a receipt, they give you a Walmart card with store credit.
Yes. I've used it numerous times online. Both within the app and the web page online
For your information really there is no such thing as a service dog the answer is he's a service dog serving you
Yes but on weekend close early
If it's online order: go to check out and click on the deliver to store. When the item (s) arrive you will be notified. Make sure your phone number is up to date.
Yes you can. Just inform them of your situation, and they'll assist you.
Nope that Wal-Mart only recommends that you take your disc, and buy a new one, not much in the way of customer service.
You didn't finish! He immediately what?
No buy on line and send it or from that state and go get it
They used to have it. Now you can only use it if you have the Walmart+. But the palmsprings location has been dropping the ball on inventory. They been out of Chicken Breast and certain breads 3 times in last 4 weeks... GM should address this which would greatly impact employee hrs, and bonuses do to lower revenue.
Is this one of the most ridiculously stupid questions ever?
Don't know his or her name but the store is clean and ran very well. Very helpful and curtious staff.
Without the receipt I don't think so, friend. Sorry
I usually call the store on Monterey. I have also called the store on Ramon. I usually call in the morning and if I don't get an answer, I wait a few minutes and call back or call another store. Another suggestion is to Google the Corporate number for Wal-Mart's in specific area. Desert area, Inland Center, etc. When all else fails... Call Corporate Office and tell them your exact problem. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE USED EVERY AVENUE AT YOUR DISPOSAL, TO REACH THEM BEFORE CALLING Corporate. If you do get through to the store, let them know if you were on the phone and line dropped, someone hung up on you, etc. Also, if I'm not mistaken at the bottom of the page when you look up ANYTHING; you should see some where " feedback " Use that to send your complaint to the store. I hope this helps. Thank you
Can't help with the first question ~ to many variables You can get propane if you take the old tank and leave it outside when you go in to order a new one ~ no tanks are allowed inside
They already have order ahead and they bring it to your car.

RETUR ANY WAL-MART YOU RECEIPT TO
Usually they will be sweat pants or work-out kind of pants. And as we're in summer and high heat, probably more shorts on the racks right now. Check the website and I just saw a commercial today for free 2 day shipping from Wal-Mart,,,
