I usually call the store on Monterey. I have also called the store on Ramon. I usually call in the morning and if I don't get an answer, I wait a few minutes and call back or call another store. Another suggestion is to Google the Corporate number for Wal-Mart's in specific area. Desert area, Inland Center, etc. When all else fails... Call Corporate Office and tell them your exact problem. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE USED EVERY AVENUE AT YOUR DISPOSAL, TO REACH THEM BEFORE CALLING Corporate. If you do get through to the store, let them know if you were on the phone and line dropped, someone hung up on you, etc. Also, if I'm not mistaken at the bottom of the page when you look up ANYTHING; you should see some where " feedback " Use that to send your complaint to the store. I hope this helps. Thank you
why you don't know the answer to that question my thought on that question is it makes it look like they're extremely busy. But if you do get somebody it's the wrong department they have no clue about what you're talking about
Its better to go in person to get an answer seriously even if it's a drive
The one in Indio which is a neighborhood walmart is pretty good about answering phone but walmarts are always hit and miss overall
