Worth the hike for around an hour back and forth trail. Tip: Drought season June - November Best to go December - May Ticket Cost: $15 Just dont forget to bring your own water.. If you want to swim on the falls, bring extra clothes..

We almost didn't go on this hike but we did find that it was one of our most liked hikes. It's not too hard very moderate and there is a nice waterfall at the top that's nice to go swimming in. I wish I would have bared the cold to go to the waterfall. So when you read agua caliente know that's a huge misunderstanding. Do this hike you won't be disappointed.

Very cool hike. We made it to the falls and back with a 9 year old and a 4year old without issue. It was busy but once we got on the trail we didn’t have to deal with too many people. The cost of entry was pretty high but the views were definitely worth the hike. The top half of the trail is a loop so you get a different experience walking down then you did up. Overall great experience except for the pricey cost of entry.

Pretty cool walk, we visited during the dry time but it was still beautiful. If you can catch a ranger to listen to and ask questions it’s a fun learning experience. Looking forward to returning when the waterfall is active.

Yes
I think it was about $12.
I would not even consider it. There is a portion of the trail that you have to cross water
Yes, they have a park ranger do the guided tour
If they were horrific . It could be due to capacity also. Tahquitz canyon opens at 7:30 a.m.. Your best bet.
No animals.
It comes from the snow pack in the San Jacinto mountains. It is really cold!
No bicycles are allowed on the trail.
No fishing but the water fall is amazing right now
I think it was 10 per person, bit it goes to maintaining the park and so it's worthwhile.
Yes
Open for a fee
Only part of trail is closed. Go and comeback on same side. Falls are still accessible.
Yes and Yes. But it's a real small swimming hole. It's also very cold
I dont think you can swim there. Not really. It is about 45 min from the start point.
Take a hat. They usually have walking sticks. Just go slow and say. Really recommend the free guided tour.
