Elena R was simply the best! We had a poor experience with a different rental car place. Elena was patient, helpful, and really wanted to see us happy AND safe! The car was great on gas, too! If you are in the Pompano Beach area, go to Sixt and ask for Elena!

Typical scam artists. On the day of return they charge you $400 for scratches you are not responsible for so you panic and waste your day dealing with insurance trying to file a claim so sixt can get free money to fix their car. Paying for the service is not enough for this greedy branch. They will try to fix their cars from your pocket so be aware and go somewhere else.

The Best Part was the Service. The guy who helped us into the Rental Car was Very Knowledgeable & Very Courteous. He gave us information that was Priceless. We weren't sure whether to bring the car back at 3pm or the next morning. He recommended the next morning for emergencies. We got stuck in 4 hours of Road Construction & didn't make it back till 7pm. Morning worked out perfect!!! I wish I could give him a raise. :)

Sixt is the best car rental company out there. This specific location is by far the best of the best. Their car selection is awesome, clean offices as well as easy access. The staff, Oneyda, Elena and Daniel are so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They treat their customers with such high respect and go above and beyond. I will never rent from another location and will be giving them my business in the future. Looking forward to my next rental with them.
