As a Lighthouse Point resident, I rent car from this Enterprise location frequently which is in Lighthouse Point. It is convenient to walk there when my car is in the shop or when I prefer not to put my car for a long drive. On the other hand, I must say that this location has an excellent team. They are energetic and caring. They listen, understand and try to do their best to help you. They never disappointed me. They always try their best to offer 5 star service and they do. Highly recommended.

I think I’m done now with Enterprise. I’ve given the company too many chances now to come through for my family. (I’ve been offered and never accepted attempts at free stuff after my past grievances.) I truly hoped that they were just a series of one off mistakes. Alas: disappointment must be in their business model. Never and allow me to repeat never do they have the class of vehicle that we reserve WELL in advance. It doesn’t appear to be the fault of the individuals that I am greeted by and my last associate was polite and tried to serve us but they never even attempted to have the class of vehicle I reserved available. They NEVER do. I’ve been understanding of the pandemic issues that companies are experiencing but I think I’m done with this disgraceful stuff from Enterprise. I reserved a “premium” level vehicle (Impala or similar as per their app) this time and I had a choice of Toyota RAV4 or Toyota Corolla when I arrived. Seriously! Garbage!

Finally got through on the phone and spoke to a representative. I was informed that regardless if I used a debit card or credit card, the deposit will be at least $300. Debit card holders also have to provide 2 utility bills proving their address match the one on their license.
I think it's about $20 a day and if you do the week you get the weekend free
The one that I go to is on Federal highway between copans and sample road I will give on four stars another thing I forgot to let you know don't bother calling you better off if you go there for some reason they don't like to answer the phone

I need to rent this vehicle longer-term is that going to be a problem, because I'm definitely not going to make it tomorrow for sure, possibly a month longer my truck in shop
