Did anyone else rent a car, never receive the car and then not receive any call from the district manager? I'm wondering why I was NEVER called because I have been loyal to Enterprise in the past.

The one that I go to is on Federal highway between copans and sample road I will give on four stars another thing I forgot to let you know don't bother calling you better off if you go there for some reason they don't like to answer the phone

I called them 4 times. Just got off the phone with the same speech. Someone from regional management will call you. It's been two weeks already

I always call I don't wait on them to call me because they are so busy
