I absolutely love this UPS drop off location. I was struggling with a heavy box and I Mr. Sean greeted me at the door and assisted me with carrying my packages inside. The customer service didn’t stop there it continued to when I was checking out my packages. The associate Mr. White noticed that I was sending the package to my three-year-old grandson and he personalized the label for me to include my grandson and celebrate his third birthday. I am forever grateful for the most pleasant experience.

AVOID THIS STORE IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! I believe the owner of this store runs it. He is the most unprofessional person in any retail business I have ever dealt with. Does not follow UPS procedures and disregards anything he doesn’t agree with. His employees are all 10x better at the job and handling customers. It was one of the most cringe experiences I have ever had. I have witnessed him treat other customers this way in the past it is not new and it is not good.

I had to rush into the UPS store 4901 after work before it closes. I was greeted with so much warmth after a very long stressful day by Sean and Rico. I made it to the counter where Amity was so kind to get my order through. What a great atmosphere they had in there.
