Hertz Car Rental - Pompano Beach - Federal Highway HLE

As a business owner, we have frequent demand for rental cars. My first-time experience with Hertz in Pompano was beyond expectation. First I called and was advised by Raul to download the app which made everything very efficient. When I arrived the car was ready, clean, and with a full tank of gas. Raul had everything ready and thanks to him we left smiling and confident that if we have any issues they will be resolved easily. We will be back! Thanks again!!!!

If I could rate it lower I would. I had a reservation and confirmation number and a specific pickup location. When I got there I was told they had NO cars. Not just mine but zero inventory. How does Hertz do this to customers. Thankfully there was an agency next door where I had to pay $100 more because I didn’t have a reservation. Very bad experience.

Alex and his staff treated me well. They were very responsive to all of my needs. Long story short, I had a small problem with the car itself, and Alex was very helpful in remediating the problem. The pickup and the drop-off (Federal Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL) were very convenient and I find that Hertz is always very easy to work with. I value the customer service, and, it’s great to be treated as a valuable customer (friendly, professional, good eye contact, helpful and speedy / efficient).

This is perhaps the best experience I have had renting from Hertz. I typically have rented from other agencies and like most people go for the cheapest I can find. The service of the team at this location was top notch. Welcoming, fast, and professional. Alex and his staff are great. My car was clean and in top shape. I feel good about renting at this Hertz location.
