I have been renting a vehicle for several months with BUDGET on federal highway in Pompano Beach with fairly good results , until recently when I was charged for a flat tire. When I arrived for my replacement car I was informed I would NOT be charged . My online banking showed I was charged $220 US . Later told to call a supervisor who agreed that I should not have been charged but would not inform the billing department that I should be reimbursed . After a lot of “run around” , billing would not correct the error and I am STILL left paying the roadside assistance and new tire!!! No one would help !!! Dissatisfied with Budget sorry to say .

Needed a car in a pinch and came to Budget on 12/12. The rep was extremely professional and sweet. Found me a car and let me use the restroom to wash my hands even though there was an out of service sign which is up to stop people off the street. I get that. Returned the vehicle a day early on 12/13. This was a different rep. First off, I mentioned the bluetooth does not work. She half acknowledged me and didn't seem to care. Then I asked if I could use the restroom. Once again, just to wash my hands with all the covid 19 stuff. She points to the sign that says out of order. I told her I used it yesterday. I am a customer not just someone off the street. She once again said it's out of order. I asked her politely where she goes to use the restroom? At that point she changed her tune and simply said my manager said it's out of order. She acted as if she was doing me a favor taking the car back. I am usually loyal to National and I understand a lower grade of service but I still expect to be treated better than that. I won't be returning to Budget again. Anywhere and I travel a lot.

Abysmal. Rep that “assisted” us was the epitome of your customer service nightmare; the embodiment of the words unhelpful, smug, dishonest, and rude. Didn’t get out reserved car but overheard rep on the phone discussing a customer who had just received a car that was filthy— so, maybe it was for the best? Abysmal.

PAULINE'S customer service was excellent and professional. Rental beware I rented a car in February that was sold in the middle of my rental agreement. I wanted to extend the rental but due to the sale of the car I had to make another reservation and be given a different vehicle. 2 months later I recieved a letter saying that I owed $314.00 for a cracked windshield on the 1st rental. Really Avis Budget. The car passed the return inspection and how do you collect on a car you no longer own.?.oh and why wait 2 months 2 notice this crack. Claim could not be substantiated zero balance.

Usually Marriott itself has shuttle busses driving on and off to the airport (mostly for free) if you make a reservation on beforehand.... Perhaps better to check with them...
Closed Down For Good! Out of business. But yes others accept cash but with a hefty deposit of maybe $500 or more...
All sizes starting at compact up to SUV. Sometimes they have vans. Calling ahead to reserve the car you want is recommended.
