Not only with a very friendly and courteous, they took the time to evaluate what I was bringing in and give me a fair price for it. Spoke with Tommy on the phone and his friendly Persona convinced me to come in and give them my business. After making my transaction I walked to the store and noticed that everything that they were selling was top quality. I do a lot of pawn shop shopping and I would recommend Value Pawn to anybody that does the same.

I decided to downsize my storage unit that I have had for some years and hadn’t been to a pawnshop in a while. I went to this particular location because another pawn broker referred it. As I stood in line waiting my turn everything seemed to be well. But when I got to the counter the female agent demeanor seemed to change. After assessing the drills (2) that I brought in to sell she gave me a price of $70. Which I thought was a little low because as I waited in line I noticed that they where selling (1) just like them for $90. So I asked her is that the best she could do, she responded a little snappy with “Yes, because you are new here” After hearing that in the back of my mind I was saying “I will definitely never be old here” Again, it has been a while since I have been to a pawnshop but for sure I remember the customer service that I had received in the pass which was always pleasant. NOT HERE! I gladly picked up my drills and told here I wasn’t desperate (Thank GOD) and exited. Now as I was leaving the other female agent who had NOTHING to do with the transaction was chiming in as I left. I would think there are more pleasant Pawnshops in the area.
