I have been here about 3-4 times and the last time we went it was an hour or two before closing and I watched them go from me to the next person without washing the stuff or their hands. Then said he was gonna charge extra for the cheese grader on foot when that’s always been included in a pedicure then only spoke to us when he was trying to upsell the service an when we said no continued to call us cheap, but I mentioned we had to relive the baby sitter and just wanted a regular pedicure. Will never return the cleanliness is at an all time low and all staff except for one woman was extremely rude.

Unfortunately my experience was subpar. The women who was doing pedicures might need more draining. She cut my big toe so bad it still has not healed a week later and I have to make sure it doesn’t get infected because it is such a deep cut. All of my nails were crooked and I got gel and all of the paint has changed color and is coming off and it’s gel polish so I’m not sure how… I’m pretty sure the other staff members are a little more experienced but I might’ve gotten a novice because I wasted $50 for such a horrible experience. My feet still hurt. I hate leaving negative reviews but I believe she needed a lot more training. Even during the pedicure she would put the gel machine onto the wet paint or even touch the wet paint with her hands by accident … definitely needs more training.

The NEGATIVE REVIEWS you read about this place ARE ALL TRUE! Very unprofessional, wait time is absurd and technicians will start working on other customers while they are still working on you, extending the time you are there. I was there for almost 4 hours the last time I was there. My “Gel Manicure” 💅🏽 was chipping away 3 days after leaving this place! The STAFF takes breaks and they go outside while you’re in the chair. Very unprofessional. And if you are there to get a pedicure, count on the “warm/hot water” getting nice and COLD before anyone realizes you’re waiting on someone to START your pedicure. The staff is constantly eating while working instead of taking a 5 minute break to grab a light snack. It’s disgusting! Apparently one of the OWNERS “Kevin” is really good at doing nails but constantly makes appointments that HE NEVER SHOWS UP FOR! When he does show up, he doesn’t acknowledge that he had booked someone not does he try to rectify his intentional behavior, instead he will walk outside and smoke oblivious to WAISTING the CUSTOMERS TIME! That’s infuriating. Careful because someone else will be assigned to do your nails, even technicians that are still in training (discounts should be applied if this happens for sure). I’d rather go to a beauty school on a clinicals day and get better service there than to go back to this place. At least it would be cheaper. SAVE your MONEY, TIME, and SANITY and stay away from this place. There is a new Venetian place opening up just behind this place and it shares the same parking lot. I’d take my chances checking them out before ever going back to this LS Nails & Spa establishment.

I was treated here once by a friend and they are terrible. I got the vibe immediately. But I still got my nails done because its was a treat. Money hungry, sloppy, unsanitary and fast. The older man cut my cuticle. I went again just out of convenience and they simply cant do nails! I paid for Gel and and my toes look like regular paint. No effort whatsoever. Its tight cramped and reminds me of 2006 nail artistry. A mess. CLEAN THE NAIL DUST IN THE PEDICURE CHAIRS. CUP HOLDERS ARE FULL OF NAIL DUST! BUYER REMORSE. WILL NEVER RETURN.
