A Mobile village really quiet and calm. There are some amenities for the residents like a coin laundry , recreation area with a swiming pool, and a nice lake where are barbecue grills and picnic tablet .

Great peaceful place to live, I really don't know why I see some negative things about the Management. Wendy the park Manager is a very sweet warm heart Women. There's a few rude neighbors and majority are from Canada. They have nothing to do but complain...

This park is well maintained, landscaped beautifully and reasonably priced for the area. Being an over 55 community, it's quiet and peaceful and feels very safe. The people who live here are pleasant and seem to be the kind of people that you would want as neighbors, they take pride in their homes so, all in all, it's the kind of place you can call home

I dont think, they allow Renting or subletting to anyone. They do have a manager that should know if they do. try calling the recreation room or pass by during day. There should be a number on line somewhere. Good luck.
