I enjoy this gym and specially the team there; trainers Max and Jeannette are excellent! Very professional and always assisting the members reach their health goals! The cleaning crew is also fantastic! I like to go to places that I feel “at home” and this is one of those places!

I was never a fan of the gym however after getting sick I was forced to get some help. A friend invited me and I was very impressed. Very clean I must say, wide variety of equipment and personable trainers, not to mention the package price! I am getting the help I need!!!

Was visiting a friend of mine and she took us to this gym for the week. Enjoyed the low-pressure workout atmosphere and having access to all of the equipment available. Thought this was just because of the day of the week we went on, but my friend said that she nearly always has this convenience. She mentioned that the gym had a management change a couple of months ago or so and the amenities have been upgraded. Clean and peaceful experience.

I'm not sure about registration, but there are 2 plans. One is $10.00 plus tax per month, the other is $20.00 plus tax per month.
$10 a month for one person and $20 a month if you want to take a guest whenever you want and to use all the other YouFit.

Hello, we do not currently offer aerobic classes but we do have a wide variety of classes at our Pompano gym location. We currently offer Zumba, SilverSneakers, Sweat & Sculpt, PiYo, and more!
