Not a bad gym just hits too many of my personal pet peeves. The biggest one being that dumbbells are never put back in their correct position (all out of order, not kept in pairs) and a lot of them are not labeled with their weight (it happens with age, understandable. But it’s not hard for staff to take a sharpie and write it on there either) Last thing I want to do on a drop set is stop for 5 minutes to search for the next weight and I don’t believe in claiming 8-10 DB’s before starting my set. I see this more as a fault of the gym members and not the staff. Members should respect the gym more, (if you’re too lazy to put it back where it goes then you shouldn’t use it) but there could be a little more effort from staff to encourage proper etiquette.

This gym is excellent. People are friendly but serious. I come here early in the morning. I would definitely recommend it over an LA Fitness.

Visiting for the week. Great, hardcore gym with every type of lifting equipment imaginable. Staff laid back and price is right. Highly recommend.

Best gym in South Florida. Excellent equipment with great angles, lots of free weights and lots of cardio machines. Great atmosphere, super organized, great staff and very clean bathrooms!
