Worst experience ever!!!!!!! Being a regular client of Angel Nails in Pompano Beach, I’ve never experienced this level of disrespect. My 15 year old daughter and I always get our nails done together but today she didn’t want to. Instead, when I went to go get my nails she grabbed a chair to sit by me. When she did, the owner, Kay, screamed at her in front of all the customers and said she wasn’t allowed to grab the chair. She embarrassingly grabbed and put it back. After standing for over half an hour, the lady doing my nails told my daughter that she could grab a different kind of chair to sit next to me. She grabbed it and sat beside me. After sitting for about 5 minutes, the owner came over to my daughter began hitting the chair with the broom yelling about how she previously told my daughter not to grab the chair. My daughter quickly responded “The lady said I could grab this different chair, don’t scream at me, i’m a client and should be treated so accordingly” and she kept repeating “I’m the owner my store my rules”. I replied “You’re not her mom to yell at her.” Another male worker got involved and started yelling at us from across the salon to get out the store. I told him “No one called you into the conversation, I’d be more than happy to leave this store and never come back.” So that’s what we did. Wouldn’t recommend this salon to my worst enemy.

Can someone teach the owner how to be polite? I guess I am the costumer I am paying for my nail design so I choose what I want lol. Not in this place she picks what she wants and argue with you even though another nail tech is doing the nails. Totally insane and super rude . Also they never put a bag on the pedicure . Disgusting!!!

I love, love Angel nails! I grew up down here and have been to many salons. Kay is the ONLY lady I trust. She does excellent nails and take pride in what she does. This place is a hidden gem they are worth the wait. It’s the quality ladies. Trust me!

One of the worst places for customer service!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!! They are very disrespectful! I asked for a specific nail technician (Vivian)she says that she's busy after an hour of waiting I decided that I will go with someone else since she is busy by someone else the owner bluntly said "they have no time for me since it's only Vivan that I could work with". Mind you I came because some recommended the place to me. Very very rude knowing that I was waiting for an HOUR!! I work for my money and time is valuable. If you got time to waste and deal with bad attitudes by all means go here.
