A DAO I'm part of threw an awesome party up in the water tower and the views were amazing. Great spicy margaritas, too. Definitely a serious premium for the location, but if you've got the money, why not?

Shockingly expensive - over $20 for a liquor and soda cocktail. Cute venue - not worth the price. Rather crowded. I guess if you're a tourist and want a view it might make sense - but I live here and can't believe how much they want for a drink.

No dress code. But the area is up and coming... so don't be under dressed in the area in general.
Tower had no cover last I went but they were charging $40 per head just to be in the pool area.
