This review is my personal opinion and based on my personal experience. Do yourself a favor and pay a little bit more at another funeral home. This place is the epitome of ‘you get what you pay for’. The owner and his assistant have terrible attitudes. I have NEVER seen a funeral home with less empathy and compassion than this one. On top of that, the place is extremely dated, which I would have overlooked if their disposition wasn’t so disgusting. A note to the owner: YOU ARE IN THE FUNERAL BUSINESS! Remember that when dealing with potential clients YOUR JOB IS TO MAKE THE LOAD LIGHTER! IT IS NOT TO ADD MORE STRESS TO PEOPLE DEALING WITH IMMEASURABLE LOSS AND GRIEF! Also remember that it’s not what you say, but how you say it. On the other hand, James Romanelli-Stephen Funeral Home was extremely compassionate and accommodating. Consider taking your business there and let them know that I sent you.

They do a great job here. Everyoe is sympathetic and courteous. Parking can be a nightmare however 😩
