I am a contractor specializing in concrete restoration and my business is located in Pompano Beach. The team in the business Tax and permitting department have been great. Especially BTR, to the point where I sent an email to her boss, letting him know how helpful she was. The only thing I could say slightly negative, is I never received an email back from her boss. I would have liked to know he received it.

I have been sending email after email and call after call but nobody will respond back to me. I have been submitting permits for many years and this is by far the WORST building dept i have ever dealt with. It has been almost 4 months since anyone worked on my permit and i cant get anyone on the phone to save my life. This is completely unacceptable!

These officers are always friendly, they know their job, are very professional and provide useful feedback and information if there is some complication. Additionally, the web site may be the best one in South Florida and the internal expediter approach is great! there is a person you can communicate with regarding your processes and, there is always a quick response.
