Excellent crew running this branch. They are extremely busy but handled everyone efficiently and professionally. The car I was give as a loaner through Vista BMW was new, clean and well appointed. Easy pick up and returns. My only suggestion would be get these guys some assistance as there were only 2 in store while several were waiting. Kudos to you team at this location.

I don't know why I did not used them before! This was my first rental experience at this location and I have to say I was impressed. The interactions described below were with the agent named Bianca who was AWESOME! 1) received a call the night before to confirm my pick up. 2) Upon arrival the car type was not available so I was upgraded with no problem 3) Upon my drop off I asked jokingly if they were able to drop me back home and she said that if is within 3 miles they can and they DID! Super grateful for the service provided. I was a faithful customer of the Budget down the street for from this location for over four years and I endured extremely rude and poor customer service from them thinking they were my only option in this block. Now that I found this location, my personal and clients future bookings will go to this location without hesitation. Thank you team awesome hire with Bianca!
