Worst area to recieve medical care. I had the misfortune of delivering my son here and it was the worst experience because of the lack of compassion and professionalism of this area. Every aspect of my delivery was ruined by apathetic nurses and an absence of doctors. Literally there is no doctor in the hospital to delivery so they told me to wait to deliver my son until the doctor could arrive. Mind you I was induced and they knew I was delivering! When my water broke, they refused to give me anything to clean up the amniotic fluid. They expected me to lay in a soaking wet bed. I got up and got sheets and towels myself and cleaned my bed myself. That is just the tip of the iceberg of lack of empathy or compassion at this hospital. I suggest never going to this hospital if you can avoid it. Drive to Syracuse if you can.

Terrible staff , always rude. I would honestly live with the pain i am in than to take myself here to be treated even worse. I never ever had a bad experience at a hospital , it’s the busiest and hardest job and i always give them the benefit of the doubt but here ? Never again , I’ll rather suffer
