I want to be completely clear in my review that the technician who actually arrived at our house, once he arrived (more than an hour after the end of the designated interval after a different tech had shown up more than two hours after the end of the designated interval on a different day and then just left, apparently having decided his day had been long enough) was excellent. Everything else about the experience - contacting Sears to find out where the first tech was, waiting for promised updates, intentionally being given phone numbers to calm that don’t get answered or don’t exist (4 separate times!), being read EXACTLY the same form statement (“I am so sorry you have been inconvenienced but don’t worry I am taking care of this for you” and “I have escalated this. The last person you spoke with only reached out the the Dispatch Team. I have reached out to the team that coordinates all the technicians (which of course is the same Dispatch team); they will call you within 20 minutes”. Nobody EVER called), and just generally being ignored, misled, and patronized by people who were probably trying hard to do a reasonable job but had no information or means or capabilities to actually help . . . - well, it was HORRIBLE. Among the WORST Customer Service out there. The last guy I spoke to even told me he would recommend I don’t call Sears. I will take his advice.

Responded Quickly, showed up on time with the skills, tools and parts necessary to carry out a pretty complicated repair. Our refrigerator was out of service for less than 24 hours!

The technician came on time and was great, but when parts are not available and Sears needs to replace the unit, although I have a high end unit they choose to replace it with the cheapest unit available claiming it has the same performance and options , Jenn Air Vs. Kenmore. I thought about renewing the service when it will expire but now for sure not.

My washing machine broke on 11/2/2020. I have had 4 people come to my house and two cancelled tech calls hours AFTER they were suppose to come. Last tech said it’s gone they can’t fix it. Needs to be replaced, which means the warranty company would need to replace it. It is in the warranty that we paid for if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. We now have to wait another week for someone to come out to said it is in fact no good. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! The warranty has been bought out by another company who does not stand by the warranty. They’re horrible! Next step will be to file with the Attorney General’s office!
