Ordered a platform bed and 5 drawer chest. The chest came with a chip in the front. They offered to send a technician to repair it as the first option. Given the price, I preferred to have a new one. The new one has an indentation on the top surface. Most likely it was one that was returned by another customer and fixed by the technician. We are were considering buying other furniture at the store, but any more. Good riddance!

Erin Gibson was fabulous. Helpful and knew how to help me! Very pleased that I was able to try out the Slater Sofa Mattress - that's what sold me on the product. Pleased with look of the plush gray material and have measured my space at home so the sofa when pulled out at 78 inches is going to fit! A most enjoyable product find; I was there May 2010 to purchase my present sofa and it is still beautiful. Thank you for your service. Marsha Staten
