I purchased my 2010 Audi A8L new from Herb Chambers in Burlington MA. Twelve years and nearly 185,000 miles later, I can attest to the quality of service provided by this dealer. Jim has been my Service Manager for nearly every maintenance cycle and repair. Occasionally things haven't gone perfectly, but Jim picked up the issue and made sure I was taken care of as a customer. He always seems happy to see me bring the old girl in, and I get treated just as well as when I first drove her off the lot. The cost of the service is not inexpensive, but you are in good hands with Jim and this dealership, particularly if you have a (comparatively) low volume vehicle like the A8.

I worked with Peter Matton on the purchase of my new Audi and it was a wonderful experience. Peter was very attentive throughout the entire process. Due to inventory shortages (as a result of the pandemic) I had to order the car and wait a few months for it to arrive and Peter communicated with me every step of the way and explained the process. Once the car arrived, he was great at scheduling the pick up promptly and helped me set up new apps and other settings in the car, explaining everything in detail. He was very helpful and made the entire purchase experience simple and stress-free. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past and can truly say that Audi of Burlington is absolutely on another level in terms of providing excellent customer service. Everyone I have dealt with for my current purchase, as well as for the purchase of my previous Audi have been outstanding. First class service ! Ali and Adnan, they couldn’t be nicer, more accommodating, excellent professionals to work with. They provide a personalized relationship, under promise and over deliver ! I have my third car through Ali and I can promise I’ll be working with him for life. He provided updates and communication about when my car was coming, helped transfer my car registration and insurance completely behind the scenes. He presented my new car with white glove service. It was a memorable experience and their team has become like family to us! Ali is a straight forward, honest, hard working man. He sets the bar high for the anyone in his industry.
