I went to this store today while the mall was very busy not necessarily expecting to find anything because I was looking for jeans and always have a hard time finding ones that fit correctly. Naija went out of her way to help me and I've never had a better experience in a store and I've never had jeans fit me as well as the one's she found me. Huge kudos to her, she's so great at her job and so kind while doing it.

I had an AWFUL experience at the Express store! I applied for credit card and they did 3 inquiries on my SS. not enough when I went there to exchange my purchase, they did a return instead. I had to pay my purchase twice! The manager is VERY RUDE, she didn't do anything to help me out even though they made the mistake! Unless, you don't care about multiples inquiries I DO NOT RECOMMEND APPLYING FOR A CREDIT AT EXPRESS

Stopped by 2 hours before a wedding, desperate for dressy clothes for my tall, teen son. One of the managers, Clark, not only helped us find the perfect shirt and tie to go with the Express pants we already had, but he steamed them too, to save us time getting ready. A lifesaver. Great clothes for men of all ages and body types, and outstanding service too.
