I usually need help printing documents and they are so helpful at the print shop. The nicest people ever. One man with glasses has even transferred a pdf to the staples email fir mb e. I will only go to the Bulington branch. for me.

I placed an order for pickup online so my first impression was of the website (which is pretty user friendly) and then of the store that was closest to me. I needed several photos printed and Theresa, the Staples employee that accepted my order, asked me for photo release forms prior to printing. I found this odd as I've been printing photos from Staples for about four years now and none of the staff have ever asked me to produce release forms for photos. I had them readily available; nonetheless, it was just surprising because it's never happened prior. It took several relay emails before I could get the sizing and dimensions of the photos correct to print which, at other locations, the staff has done for me and asked clarifying questions via email. I needed the photos printed on card stock and cut at a certain dimension (8.5 x 5.5), but I decided not to add any more requests to the order to avoid delaying the job getting done. The pictures came out great, but it was more work for me than from other locations I've used in the past. One plus side note is that you can bring documents here that need to be shredded and drop them off in an Iron Mountain bin. The location downtown charges 0.99 cents a pound, but I've found in locations outside the city, shredding is free.

Wonderful customer experience today! Brought my laptop in to remove old anti virus software, renew Virus Shield Plus, and have McAfee installed and activated. Tae answered all of my questions and was able to get everything done while I waited so no need for a return to the store! Very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional service at a good price. This was a cozy little Staples location. Without familiarity of the general Staples layout scheme it took me awhile to find what I was looking for; an easle and large pad or dry erase board. However, once I did locate them I was very happy with the selection and pricing options. I am glad I came here first!
