I always have great experience at this place but just yesterday I went with my husband he needed some work shoes and I had coupons for that so I took him there I wanted to use $60.00 off coupons for spending $200.00 or more I told the cashier that I wanted to use that coupons she scanned and I just assumed that it worked and after I paid everything I asked that cashier that did it took 60.00 off from order ? And her response was yes! but when I checked in my receipt it was only 20.00 off im very disappointed because I can never spent more money if im not getting big discounts. This is very bad that they don't pay attention on Your questions sometimes 🤨

This DSW location has a terrible customer service. They say they are under staffed and treat customers in a very impolite manner. I understand the problem of being understaffed but that does not mean you can treat customers rudely! I love DSW and will continue shopping but I will NOT be returning to this location.

Who doesn't LOVE shoes? Many locations MANY styles & if they don't have your size the WONDERFUL sales associates in EVERY DSW I've shopped in has offered to locate & have shipped to me. First & foremost, be a member. Cost NOTHING & many rewards!! Not just $$$ useful items that actually sell on Pulse etc. High Quality also!!
