They are amazing!!! They are 30 minutes away and yet they are now our go to store! Several times my husband has gone to them as our local shop is too busy or can't fix an issue. My seat kept sliding down and they were able to fix it again our local shop said it was not reparable. Would live them 10 start! Oh and we bought a bike there for my daughter who is 12 she is 5'5 so tough to find several brands and sizes in the same store!

IDEAL I haven't regularly ridden a bike in DECADES. Entering into the "new world" of cycling was a lot to take in. I did my homework, had a sense of what kind of bike I wanted, what kind of money I should look to spend, and then started out to engage with bike stores. After a few misses, I found Cycle Loft. These guys were outstanding. It should be noted, they were overwhelmed my first few times going in (on weekends; and I think they were short staffed), however they were able to give me the attention I needed, answering questions I had, all while not rushing me through or pressuring me to make a purchase. I ended up buying a bike from them last Saturday. They had to build it, which was fine (I wasn't expecting to walk out with the bike). Their communication to me on when it was ready to pick up was prompt. They were super helpful in identifying key accessories I should consider (versus ones that weren't necessary for a "novice" like me). Again, friendly and informative. These guys have earned a customer for life (or at least for as long as I keep up the cycling). Kudos!

I recently had my son's bike repaired at Cycle Loft. They have safe procedures during risky times, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. Also, as of June 2022 - lots of bikes in stock!
