I went in for a 6 month cleaning and the man who helped me was super nice. I was early but he said it was no big deal. He complimented my ring and was easy going and professional. He even offered to clean my other rings saying it was complimentary. I left with my Vera Wang ring from Jared and my old silver Claddagh ring looking brand new! Excellent customer service. I brought my customized necklace in for repair/replacement after having it for almost 3 years. It was an online order so it was a little more complicated but Gio was very helpful and went above and beyond to find a solution for me. It was worth the wait and the service exceeded my expectations! Definitely will come back in the future, great customer service. Looking forward to receiving my new necklace in the mail! 😁

When picking up after a resizing, the staff noticed an improperly set stone in my ring. They helped me understand the options and ultimately fixed it. It looks great and I'm glad to have fixed it before loosing a stone. I also noticed when I got home, that they'd gone above and beyond and fixed an aesthetic imperfection for me. The staff at this location has always been very patient and thoughtful.

I had a ring re-sized. They didn't do a great job the first time around brushing the ring to restore it to the way it looked thirty years ago. I asked them if they could do better and they did. The end result was quite nice. It would have been five stars except it took two iterations to get the quality I wanted.
