Their customer service sucks. The woman who saw my frame was not knowledgeable about frames. She said lenses would not fit into this fame because it is faulty frame. I took the frame to a local optical store and they had no problem placing the lenses. I would not recommend visionworks to anyone.

The person i saw was very incompetent or she did not want to help me. I took my Georgio Armani frame to have lenses installed. She looked at the frame and said it can not be done because there is a flaw in the frame, which was false. So I went to Gordon Optical in Lexington. He looked at the frame and said there was nothing wrong with it and installed the lenses. She did not take her time to figure out if there was anything wrong with the frame or not. I would not recommend anybody to this place in Burlington, MA.

I worked with Heather who was very kind, patient, asked a lot of valuable questions to help her decide what was in my best interest, and not hers. Heather was not pushy or demanding and acted in a consultative manner to offer me my best options, and appreciated working with her! I did purchase two glasses, and just got them yesterday, and love them!

Every 2 years I return to Visionworks in Burlington to get my new glasses and every time I do I have a great experience. I returned yesterday and had the extreme pleasure of working with Sara who I believe is also the manager of the store (according to her name tag.) She went well above and beyond to assist me with my purchase and the insurance ins and outs that needed to be navigated. I highly recommend this branch and Sara in particular, thank you so much again!!!!
