I saw one wedding dress I loved in the window and when I asked for help to find it she didn’t help she kinda just pointed to the rack of dresses and said if we have it it should be in there. Looking for the dress was overwhelming since everything was in plastic and very cramped and in no way organized. So I gave up and will be going elsewhere

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If we had the option to give no stars, I'd give 0 stars. They sell damaged items and don't help correct the issue. Bought a tiara for my daughter's upcoming 15s. The is broken at every point that should be welded together. We weren't even able to use to take pictures. I returned to ask for a REPLACEMENT, not my money, just replace their detached item. When I got there and owner saw me walk in with their bag in hand he walked to the back to hide. I presented the girl with the damaged item and said she could do nothing, called him over and he also said he can't do anything, even though he could see for himself that it cracked at the welded points. Do not waste your hard earned money for your special occasion here. I enjoy supporting small businesses, but places like this, make you regret it. Even the dress that I bought here was defective, but since I have experience sewing, I just fixed myself. I can't fix metal that cracked at the welding points. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!

My wedding was 4-9-17 and I bought my dress, shoes, and veil from Cinderella Bridal in Lakeland. I saw the dress in the window and knew it was the one. All my guests thought we spent thousands on my dress when we only spend hundreds! Gorgeous dress, great selection, would highly recommend. I had bad experiences at bridal shops and this place made sure I was happy. You can even put it on layaway if you need to make payments.
