I spent over an hour rummaging through stuff to purchase. I picked out around 20 items to buy. One item didn’t have a sticker and they refused to sell it to me. They said too many other people sticker swapping so they confiscated my 1 item. Store manager said he had no authority to give it a price and the upper manager named “Jennifer” enacted the policy I asked if they could hold the item and call me when it was “reprocessed” they refused. I have donated thousands of dollars worth of goods there, including a like new mattress that we did a sleep trial on, and I do not appreciate the poor customer service. It takes time to go thrifting and sift through stuff and it was 1 item I needed a price check on. I called Jennifer and left a VM my phone call was not returned. It is a shame to be a loyal good willed customer and be treated like a sketchy criminal. Salvation Army will get a manager and they’ll give a price on an item not punish good willed folks. Unless management calls me back sadly I’ll support other ministries going forward.

Noticed the prices are getting to be ridiculous. Like for instance there was a used, stained and thread bare dog bed and you guys was asking 5.00. but on the flip side there was a long arm sewing machine, the kind you use for quilting, and y'all wanted 25 for it. It was a fairly newer model considering what you usually see at thrift stores. Jeans and shorts for my two little boys are very reasonable and I usually clean the racks of all denim bottoms. It's like there is no rhyme or reason for the pricing

This is a nice clean thrift store. They have dropoff times posted every day they are open to 5pm. This is the best place if you are looking for a good deal on furniture. It seems that all the. Nice furniture is at this location because of the floor space available to them. The staff is very friendly and there is a ton of selection here. Electronics are on the very back wall and the jewelry is right next to the front door.
