Burgers are good otherwise it was a 3 star. $16 for a plate of nachos with a bowl of cheese in the middle. I remember when you would get like 2 layers of nachos that could feed an army. Steak and chicken fajitas weak. We use to get them and split them now barely enough for 1 person. No kid fish sticks boooo. I mean I get it but this is just bad. We went in on the prime rib day…worst prime rib ever. We had 2 orders and sent them both back. Super tough and looked like roast beef. Now that I said all that 3 stars all day. Service is pretty good…

The employees are the bomb, hosts are so sweet, service is literally always good. The manager is super kind. I had a mess up with my online order where I was charged twice with their app and he was on top of it immediately and told me to come back to see him if there were any issues with my bank. Great place for ucf games and live sports 👏🏻 🙌🏻

The manager of this place is and idiot, I came with my family, my kids one pizza from another place, and I bring it here, and order food for the adults, we were waiting for our food and the kids were already eating the pizza, this guy came out

Pedro Polanco | Sep 29, 2020
CV Bianchi (Bianchi CV) | Sep 29, 2020

Sometimes is best to ask if it is ok to bring food from the outside, they are in the business of selling food not just providing a place to sit down Regardless, if your intend is to order food from their menu, always ask, this is case of misscomunication. Best luck next time!

Is this a dog friendly place?

A service dog should be allowed at this location, but I do not think that you would be allowed to bring a pet here.

What is the occupancy

Rafael Toribio | Sep 30, 2017
Randal J. Lyons | Sep 30, 2017

My suggestion is to call the establishment directly to ask, as they have an OCCUPANCY PERMIT MAXIMUM #, issued by the local fire dept (& believe needs 2B posted by the front entrance & over the bar !?!??) so the hostess & bartender should be more than familiar with that posting & able to quickly answer your inquiry. With an answer that can really affect the safety of so many people, it would be best to ask the source directly & further confirm that response with a local fire department. (They'd be more than happy to get you the correct answer) I hope that helps & enjoy the Ale House.
