Great facility and most importantly, great trainers who know how to put together an effective program. Breakthrough Fitness put together a program that got me to the top of a 20,000ft mountain in the Himalayas. Not bad for a Florida boy. Highly recommend Breakthrough Fitness.

Breakthrough Fitness is amazing. Coach Dom and the rest of team truly care about my wellbeing, building custom, never boring workout plans. Every trainer is kind, thoughtful and pays attention to what you are doing so you are both safe and accountable to your plan. The gym is clean and well equipped. I'm grateful for finding a small owned local business that I will be sticking with to continue my health and wellness journey for years to come.

Working out is a great start but, as you probably guessed it, you need to be mindful of what you put into your body too. You won't be able to achieve your fitness goals if you are constantly eating unhealthy food. We aren't saying you can't splurge but all in moderation.
