We do our best to maintain a temperature between 68°F and 75°F in our climate controlled storage units. To ensure a constant environment, our storage units are enclosed and, therefore, resist dust, pests, humidity, and other threats to your valuables. Please note: our climate controlled storage units are temperature-controlled – but not humidity-controlled.
We offer excellent security measures for you and your belongings. While we can't prevent all possibilities, we do everything possible to help protect you and your valuables at our storage facility. For example, we require keypad access to the property, we have 24 hour digital video surveillance system, and we have cylinder locks on every unit.
It may be necessary to have climate controlled storage if you’re storing temperature-sensitive items such as antiques, books, electronics, leather, plastics, wine, wood, etc. We try to maintain a temperature between 68°F and 75°F in our climate controlled storage units all year long. For example, it’s currently about 86 degrees outside and our units are set at 74°F. These climate controlled spaces keep your items cool when the temps are in the upper 90s and warm when it’s below zero outside.
Currently our access hours are 6am to 10pm daily!
You can view prices by clicking through to our website. For small boxes, you may want a 5x5 or 5x10 unit.
