Went in with one problem, came back with four. UPDATE: Don't believe the "Response by owner". After several exchanges and interventions by the owner (franchise), the Burlington Mall franchisee said "it is out of warranty" but would "gladly" fix it again if I brought it in. Furthermore the reason for the screen not responding is because the shop did not glue the screen on properly, and the iPad is literally coming apart at the seams due to the poor repair. ORIGINAL REVIEW: My iPad suffered a cracked screen. Brought it in to iFixandRepair. Firstly, they don’t tell you that they replace the original screen with an inferior low cost alternative. The only reason I knew is the colors are washed out compared to the original screen. Then I found that flipping the magnetic cover around the *back* of the iPad, a normal way to hold the cover, causes the iPad to go to sleep. I brought the iPad back to the shop and only then was it explained to me that the entire screen was replaced with an inferior knock off and they had no clue why flipping the mag cover to the back of the iPad would cause it to sleep. A few days later the home button stopped working, it seemed it wasn’t mounted properly and slipped off the spring. Brought back to the shop again and their explanation was “don’t press it so hard“, which is ludicrous since I’ve owned iPads, iPods, and iPhones for decades and never had a home button break. They did replace the home button but now it’s barely functional again and seems misaligned again. Finally portions of the screen are no longer responding to touch. Flexing the screen will get the iPad to respond to touch again but only for several minutes. It’s obvious this outfit has no clue how to repair iPads. Don’t waste your money and bring it to the Apple store. It’s more expensive but will be worth it in the end.

Very good response time, if they have what you need just sits and wait 10-15 minutes if not less, but it wouldn’t be long. I was surprisingly surprised at how quickly it was for my iPhone X and iPhone 8 Screen to get done

Hello. It is possible to restore Apple ID and password as long as you have email login information that connected with Apple ID. It is possible to by-pass screen Passcode as long as you remember Apple ID and password. (this will erase all the data)
Hello. It will cost $99 and turn around time will be about 25-30 minutes. We are located on first level next to Au Bon Pain cafe. Thank you
I'm pretty they will give you an estimate first., when you explain to them what's wrong with the phone! They spent over 2hrs to fix my phone and was under 150. It was all out in the open I could watch the whole process. They saved all my pictures and data. They where great in my opinion!
It varies but they are reasonably priced !
Hello, Thank you for contacting us. If you know your Apple ID login and password , we can definitely unlock the Passcode.
Yes, it can mostly likely be repaired, but it will be quite expensive and the quality of the screen will be most likely compromised.
