The office itself is very clean and comfortable. There was a little hiccup so I had to go back and then I had to redo all of the information which was a little annoying but the staff there was very helpful and nice. I needed to get death certificates which is not a very cheerful thing to have to do but they made it a quick and easy process and easy. Was in and out in under 30 minutes so that was quick. It's easier than waiting days for documents in the mail.

Very clean and friendly establishment. I brought my fiancé to purchase a death certificate for her father and everyone we encountered greeted us with smiles and even had kind words of condolences. When we arrived they were very busy but most were filtered out by the time we reached the first window. I experienced a man screaming and storming out because he didn’t have what he needed. Another upset with staff because he was at the wrong establishment. People walked outside after we were told to finish the application and have a seat. After Reading these reviews and based on my experience it lead me to realize the ones that couldn’t be serviced and didn’t listen to instructions are the ones leaving reviews. So here I am acknowledging the employees that showed up to work to get us in and out before Labor Day weekend. Thank you for what you do it’s not easy. -Gary
