I came to the Val Vista & Southern Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center because a few items did not fit. I came to the same location because yesterday, August 30th, the cashier did not even ask if I wanted a receipt, she just got rid of it. Now that I came to the same store, informed the manager that cashier tossed my recipt she said she could not do anything that ai needed my receipt, informed her again that the cashier tossed it and I saw her doing it. Her response was "we don't toss receipts" and "i can only give you a $1 for each item" i also told her that I was missing an item when I got home ... manager just didn't care. I get that goodwill is a non profit but would still think the stores would have a certain standard of customer service.
