There's plenty more issues I would love to address however I do not have the energy to relieve this entire experience. 49. Delaware: 195 minutes 50. Maryland: 228 Door to Dr for my mom was 327 minutes. I witnessed for myself how an elderly patient concern was dismissed and never acknowledge until I bought it up to the Triage staff which ignored her.

With SO many negative experiences at North Oaks I just thought I’d share…… DO NOT go there. We went to the ER tn, and we were treated horribly. I wish I knew the name of my nurse but she was SO unkind, along with the rest of the staff. She handed me paperwork (crudely) and that was is it… No regard that I am a human being. It takes alot for me to say something and I know it is a demanding job of all the staff…but after tonight I’d just thought I’d defer future patients…. If possible, i’d find the next available hospitable.. & I do not say that lightly

They sent my nephew home with an upset stomach and he died six weeks later. Do NOT go here. They wrote he was whining In his records and disregarded his initial diagnosis of sepsis. it destroyed him - 19 years old and suffered in pain for six weeks as the infection destroyed him because they wanted to say he had something else that was inconclusive- but the sepsis was definite yet went unchecked. It appears They gave him the wrong meds for his condition amongst a host of other things

Stay away from Death Oaks. They are horrible . I hear this from everyone I know thats been there.
