1st ticket put in on 8/30/22, It is now 10/2/22 and line still has not been moved. Zero communication efforts at all from Spectrum. They close out your ticket if you do not answer the call back. What about the working people who may not be able to answer at the moment? 7 tickets put in and still the line as not been moved!!!

Anthony was absolutely amazing. I came in to turn in my cable boxes as well as change my cellphone service to them. He was very patient and kind as well as answered all my questions. Anthony understood my concerns and didn't try to sell me a "False or Expensive" deal. Even though we stood in the store for over an hour, I never one time felt rushed. Definitely need more employees like Anthony & if I have to go back to the store....I hope to deal with him...

What city was this in? I live in Hammond and for new service they mail the box and I plug to the tv. Is that how yours worked?

I'm a former employee of Spectrum. The old office located by Cracker Barrel is closed to the public. That building on houses the field tecs. There new location is on W Thomas next to Sallys and Sherman Williams. They do everything at that location

Bobby is correct about the steps but if there is a known outage for your area, the automated attendant will advise you of it without you having to ask. There was an area outage here this morning and they had it working again within a few hours. BTW, if there is an extended outage, you can request a refund for the days you were without service and they will credit your bill.
