The good: Car availability is good, the staff is very polite. Only This is why I grant 2 stars. The BAD: Be careful, do not sign anything before having on your email the rental conditions, otherwise you risk to be over charged. That is what happened to me: I rented a car from there, the salesman told us that we have unlimited miles but I ended up to be charged painfully for extra milage. I did not receive on time on e-mail the rental conditions, however having the polite salesman who won my trust, I signed on the electronic device the rental. Also my advice is to not pick just alone the car, do it with a representative of Sixt, and make a very detailed check out of the car. This one especially if you don’t buy full insurances.

Good price for 10 day car rental. I was upgraded.to luxury SUV at no cost due to running out of regular SUVs. Slow process getting car rental in morning due to lack of staff and numerous customers. Not easy to locate car as it's parked a block and half a way in a city garage. Returning car at end of the day was easy. Park right behind office in designated SIXT spots.

- cars are parked at some garage a block away. they tell u to go to the 5th floor, but when you get there theres no cars...cause they park them on level 4. - Needed a passport cause "the cars are more luxurious"?...I was renting a rav4. Ive rented a Tesla with less documentation. - The two gentlemen who helped us were great, whish I got their names. No issues at all. But when the lady jumped in, she was so rude and was rushing for no reason...there was no one else there. I didnt bring my passport (my mistake), and the gentlemen nicely explained it to me that I needed it. They told me to come back, which I was gonna do....so all was good, i understand. One of us did bring a passport so we got one out of 4 cars which was awesome. While I was waiting, I was talking to the guy..cause once again there was no one there. I was asking why they needed a passport when Budget didnt ask for mine...and when I asked they lady jumped in out of nowhere and went "but this isnt Budget!"...all i thought was "ok...i know, I was just asking the dude nicely"...to which he replied kindly as well. Moral of the story: If you get this lady...good luck.

When we got to the branch and they didn’t have the car we ordered because we had reserved it only two hours prior. But the guy the counter was very nice he did help us out and spoke to the manager and was able to get us into a vehicle. Very friendly and very understanding. Highly recommend!

I recently paid $315 for a 4 day rental of a mid-size SUV I experienced very good service at the 5th Street Miami.Beach location where I was upgraded to a large SUV and rebated the equivalent of a tank of gas for reduced mpg of the bigger car. The agency is conveniently located on the corner of a busy street in South Beach -not a car dealer.
Debit cards work too but might be a bigger deposit and a refund will take longer.

Well, I honestly don't know, we rent it in Miami and we drove to Key West better if you call or ask for information through their website.
