Lobby always closed regardless of how many staff are present. Have full staff inside and still have lobby closed all the time. Don't go unless you enjoy burning gas sitting g on the drive through for 20- 30 minutes

I only give a one star because 0 isn’t an option. We ordered $70 worth of food on the app and selected pick up in store. I arrived within 10 minutes and went inside, and I was told I had to go through the drive thru. After waiting 20 minutes in line, I made it up to the ordering speaker and I was told they were closed (it was still 10 minutes before posted closing time). I advised them that I had placed an order through the app, and they told me that it didn’t matter and that they were out of food. I asked to speak with the manager, and I could hear them over the intercom laughing and messing around. After asking again for the manager, she came outside and told me that there were just two of them working, which was a bold faced lie since I had already seen more employees inside. The manager was unsympathetic and rude. She even told me that they weren’t even looking at the online orders because they were too busy. I asked her for a refund, and she told us to do it through the app and to “deal with it yourself.” Horrible, deplorable customer service.

They locked up the inside, so now the drive through is packed backed up in the street, I almost spent a hour in the drive through, No cutlery or napkins, SMH 4pm is when they locked up the dining area

Waited for over 30mins in line to pick up order because inside was closed waited at the window for an additional 10mins while the employees walked around and talked. Fries and chicken were cold, ordered spicy and received both reg and spicy. Very unprofessional staff, won’t be returning to this location.
