Blake is a nice place to stay. They have 24-hour gym, of which for a gym lover it is the best place to go. The staff members are very friendly, polite and nice too. When I request maintenance request, they will respond and act promptly and welcome to follow-up request later. The apartment is also clean and tidy and my view is a wonderful!

The Blake and Betty are fantastic. The Blake is comfortable, safe and filled with different areas for all occasions. A nice clean pool, a 24hr gym, a room with a pool table and table football and a study room with free coffee or hot chocolate just a few steps away from your table. The staff at the Blake are also kind, polite and always ready to help. Cameron and Jillian who work in the front office are always happy to help the tenants with any questions or just have a friendly chat and no matter the time or problem Gabe, Andrew and Steve (great guys) are there to help with any building maintenance you might need done. This all being supported and lead by the managing team of Blake and Addison, two great people working hard with the help of there team to create a comfortable, easy living space for all.

The Blake Apartment is not an ideal place for students to live. If you think of renting a spot here, consider wisely. The leasing office is supposed to provide help and support to the residence; however, they were not supportive and always gave out false information that kept changing back and forth. I moved out of this place early in the year, and I had waited at least SIX months to get my deposit back which was supposed to give it back within a month by law. I contacted the leasing office multiple times to express my concern and request to get my money back, but Blake seems to have their hobbit to ignore and delay every urgent case. After all, I successfully got my deposit back after a long process of exchange of emails with different office and property managers and a super long waiting time. I was generally not satisfied with their service—such an unpleasant experience. Do not recommend.

The Blake Apartments are ideal for student living. The complex provides a feeling of security and is within walking distance to anything you may need or desire to visit in downtown Savannah! Each bedroom has a walk in bathroom and closet, so there is a sense of privacy. The living space and kitchen are modern and any student would be lucky to be able to experience such a level of utilities at a collage level. The lease price is of good value not only with what was stated above, but in addition to all the amenities the complex provides. The roof top terrace has wonderful views, the grill deck is awesome for socializing, the pool and gym are available to get a break from studies!! However, when it comes to studying, each floor has a common area for a change in environment while doing work, there is even a larger studio with coffee machines which is a cool place to collaborate with other students! Furthermore, management are always available to address any concerns you may have. Any one you engage with in the leasing office will always be smiling, they are all so friendly. As a result I’m happy to say that The Blake Apartments are my home away from home. Highly recommend.
