I have had many positive experiences here at Colonial Grand. Only a few items in my apartment that needed attention and they were all resolved within one day! Incredible and proficient are the guys who maintain this lovely oasis! Great management who have jumped over the bar many times!! When I hear of a friend or someone interested in moving here, I tell them to look at Colonial Grand, there's no comparison!

My husband and I moved cross country to this apartment complex. NEVER in my entire life have I found the office staff to be so incompetent. They had to "approve" my service animal & STILL charged us monthly pet rent for both of them even though they weren't supposed to, at all. We ended up paying over $500 in "pet fees" when we weren't supposed be charged ANYTHING. rude office staff said they didn't have to abide by the "no pet rent" and it was only for deposits (?) When it came time to renew our lease, they never put the renewal in the computer. 4 months later they said we had to REAPPLY and pay all the fees. I said, welp, considering we don't have a lease, we won't be breaking one by moving out. And we did a week later. I sure hope they got better office staff since, but by the reviews I'm reading I doubt it.

The Lake is not own by the Apartment Complex.but you would need fishing licenses to fish there. Walmart has fishing licenses for sale cheap. Don't get caught without them by the game warden
