They are very considerate here, friendly, fast, and always have a smile. We needed a home fast and our date kept changing, they never got frustrated with us and helped us move in asap. They didn’t make us feel like they were annoyed by our back and forth but attentive. Nice grass, new park, fire pits, and valet trash is a plus.

Gardening Under Influence (Erica Plants)

A. The Property manager came two weeks ago and did a walk through of all of the complaints. She then opted to scheduled repairs for another weeks out which would have been today. No one called us in between nor informed us that no repairs would be completed today. The hurricane was passing us at 7am and heading to Hilton Head Island. There was no rain, wind or weather predicted at 9 when the office sent out this bogus email stating that they decided to close due to inclimate weather. That means I've been steadily complaining now for nearly 6 months as the ineffective office warns that we need a 60 day notice and pander for us to renew our lease. I pay $2K a month for inefficiency, no repairs and loss of habitability! This experience deserves NO STARS! B. The AC call the other day resulted in my husband having to call versus just wait the next day. The response on the phone was "You should have called earlier." THAT IS BOGUS. How about we didn't try to tie up more resources considering we already told the office several times including the walk through?That my husband didn't get home until 6 and I do not do phones because my autism reads as aggesssion. This entire experience is DISAPPOINTING. I just want what I paid for.

DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING TO THIS PLACE! They have one person in the office that tries to help you! THE OTHER TWO WOMEN JUST SIT THERE TO GET A CHECK! Horrible customer service skills. Terrible and didn’t try to help us at all!!!’n
