My wife and I came to visit family for the 4th of July and rented a car at this location and I just have to say, the service was incredible from start to finish. When we arrived, we dealt with Tim, who could not have been more professional, helpful, and friendly, which sadly to say, in this day in time is rare. We originally were going to rent the car for a few days and decided to extend, all it took was a phone call and we were accommodated for almost no charge. Everything from pick up to drop off was as seamless as you could ask for. If you are in Wilmington and need to rent a car, go to this location, you won't find better service anywhere else.

We didn't get to use the vehicle they're trying to emergency but the staff at Castle hayne location was fantastic and falls right in line with the college of ship Road location and everything that they need to do they're getting done even with short staff is getting done so definitely will rent for them again follow us for more... We got to upgrade by registering with the online system from a caravan to the Cadillac Escalade take a look..

Worst service ever! Given car with car hair in it had allergic reaction was yo to go to airport and switch it out drove all the way the they said they didn't have anything called back was told enterprise would call me in the morning nothing also was charged double for my rental as normally would only be a 200 dollar deposit then I finally was able to get ahold if the branch I got it for to be give a van that was a ashtray and tried to be covered up with this horrendous smell they they said sorry worst service ever still haven't got a call back from the regional manager thanks for ruining my family's Thanksgiving

I have never had an issue with Enterprise. Love their staff! However I do not speak Spanish either.
