Had to find a new place really quick when an issue arose with our place this past spring. Was in a hotel 3 1/2 weeks until I found our current place rent is on the higher end put our place is great.Couldn’t get light transferred right away which is a must for the lease as it was a Friday and firelands requires a membership account. They took my deposit and held the place till Monday girls were very helpful even waited a few minutes past closing for me to arrive.

After seeing all the negative comments about this company I have decided to share my experience. After a really long time in the hospital and nursing home they rented me my first place. The rental process went very smoothly. Alyssa very helpful understanding that I have problems with speech were extremely helpful. Unfortunately my apartment building was sold and I have a another great landlord. If I ever end up moving Alpha & Omega will be my first choice.

How to rent from this company or others? Most require approval of application and application fee paid before viewing properties. From that point you decide if the property is for you. Hope this helps. 🙂
Your best bet would be to contact them directly or check out their website. I can honestly say that my dealings with them over the phone and in person have always been pleasant
