Not sure why every time I call asking for specific information, I’m blindly transferred to the desk of someone who is not available to take my call. The phone operator has literally done this twice to me now…her passive aggressive tactics are not called for. It’s not difficult to actively listen to someone…in fact it’s a basic skill for working with the public!

I Think they should have.Gave us more time. Before taking our voucher.We did not want to break are lease. And we waited,14 months on the waiting list. This was very unfair. We had to pay a hard price. For wanting to do the right thing. If I would have broken my lease. I would have been penalized.So very unhappy. .

At Metropolitan Housing, or you mean a specific landlord? If you are referring to a home, that is up to the landlord and they will answer that. However, if youeam at the Housing Authority office, I'm certain that only service animals would be permitted. Hope this helps. 🙂
